How we use Ramp

Ramp is our corporate card and spend management platform for the team.

We use it to:

  • Set up individual corporate cards for each team member
  • Set up virtual cards with preset spending limits
  • Handle automated expense reports
  • Handle reimbursement

Get started with Ramp​

  • Go to Ramp and sign up with your XMTP Labs Google account
    • That's it!

Create a virtual card​

Virtual cards are used to sign up for services, where you can pre-set spending limits, expiration dates, etc. It's best practice to set up a new card for each new service.

  • Head to this link to create a virtual card
    • Your card will be on hold until a team member approves it

Get reimbursed for something​

  • Head to this link to get reimbursed for something
    • Be sure to include receipts for it
