Hey team,
I couldn’t be more excited about the momentum we’re kick this week off with. Soon we’ll be adding our sixth team member (Steven), and kicking off development of the protocol. Last week’s meetings that we had as a team really started to feel like we’re gelling into our mission, and our teamwork.
One thing that I wanted to call out is @petermdenton's work on the recruiting tool. We're already seeing some early fruits from it, and it's just the beginning for it. This hiring environment, especially for engineers, is incredibly competitive. Any way that we can get an edge on the market, cut through the noise, and find really special people, we'll show that we're playing a different game entirely.
Also want to send props to @shanemac for the stellar work on the recruiting side. He's got a special touch when it comes to connecting with people, which is that he actually cares—something that might seem obvious to most but is truly in short order most of the time.

- Bankless had a great podcast last night around the launch of Arbitrum, which is a new optimistic rollup-based Ethereum L2 that's showing some early signs of success. (Listen here)
