Hey everyone!
Last week was one of the most important milestones as a team. Bringing in outside developers to work with us and give feedback is so critical and releasing our test client was a massive step forward.
I was so inspired to see all of the developers and builders sharing their excitement. Here are a few comments I saw which I shared last week.
I want to reiterate the power of leading with curiosity. In any early space, our ability to ask the right questions and build trust through curiosity is one of the most important things we can do to set expectations and make sure we are aligned with the community.
We don't have to have all the answers, we need people who have aligned expectations and know where we are going together and how the network benefits us all at the end of the tunnel.
Super excited to dive in on backend work together. Let's keep the momentum going.

- XMTP Test Client released to our developer community!
- Peter shared the community plans for mapping all people into our CRM, can see the Figma here.
- Matt did a Twitter Spaces that was well attended and received. Listen to the recording here.
- The new goal for .org/.com is March 22nd
- The founder of Royal reached out to Matt after our Twitter spaces
- We are bringing on 2 recruiting firms to help with hiring next week
- Steven will be taking a leave of absence to focus on his health. We support him and will update when we have more to share here.
