It feels good to have such a small team all moving forward and working together.
I love seeing our first pull requests coming in and all of the discussion about culture, how we work, and our team here on Discourse. Thank you all for the continued thoughtfulness and discussion to make this the best place we've ever worked. It takes each and every one of us to lay the groundwork for how we want XMTP to be.
I wanted to remind everyone a simple lesson from this week: When there's doubt, there's no doubt. Let's go build the best team in the world and make sure we are 100% all-in with everything when we do so.
